What to Expect

When you arrive, Karen Rozycki, O.D., will ask how long you've been having issues with your vision. To make sure you're seen as soon as possible after you arrive, please complete your patient history form before your first visit.

​​​​​​​Additionally, you should bring your most recent eyeglasses and/or a box from your most recent contact lenses to your initial appointment.
